    Sammanfattning : Unintended killing and harming to civilians is a common problem in war. The Just of War theory uses the doctrine of double effect (DDE) to morally defend this actions. As long as the agent fulfill the principle of proportionality and doesn´t intend to harm civilians DDE allows these actions. LÄS MER
