    Sammanfattning : Ett rekombinant framställt miniatyrspindelsilkeprotein, funktionaliserat med ett Arg-Gly-Asp-motiv som finns i fibronektin, FN-4RepCT, har använts för många olika bioteknologiska tillämpningar, som vävnadsteknik och cellodling, i form av fibrer, filmer och skum. FN-4RepCT kan produceras i Escherichia coli, och det interagerar spontant med sig självt och bildar fibrer under fysiologiska förhållanden. LÄS MER
