    Sammanfattning : Background: The risk of suffering from postoperative delirium in elderly people undergoing surgery is as high as 80%. Thus, old age is associated with getting postoperative delirium and the incidence increases with higher age. In order to address this, the Swedish government gave the delegation of trust the assignment to spread knowledge about how the alternative, trust-based governance, can be used in the public sector.
