    Sammanfattning : In August 2022, the CJEU confirmed the existence of indirectly sensitive personal data, leaving critical questions unanswered. While certain data may unequivocally and indirectly disclose sensitive information, a vast amount of data can be used to indirectly deduce such sensitive data only through mere indication. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This essay uses Pierre Bourdieus habitus, symbolic capital, Social fields, Stuart Halls representation theory and Encoding/Decoding system, as well as Henry Jenkins concept of convergence culture and media convergence, to conduct a reception study of Denis Villeneuves 2021 adaption of the science fiction movie Dune. The material collected for the reception study is collected in the form of reviews and features from experts in cinema, juxtaposed against material collected from YouTube in the form of reviews, reaction videos and video essays from social groups sectioned around cinephiles and science fiction fandom. Situated within the philosophical and literary tradition of ordinary language philosophy and ordinary language criticism, the thesis draws on ideas, theoretical discussions, and concepts from Ludwig Wittgenstein, Toril Moi, Stanley Cavell, Cora Diamond, and Niklas Forsberg – but also Søren Kierkegaard.     Sammanfattning : The purpose of the thesis is to describe and analyze the relationship between regulations regarding money laundering and data protection law, in particular with regard to the handling of customer data that is used by banks to achieve customer knowledge. The thesis research questions include the bank's obligations regarding to money laundering regulations and the conditions that EU data protection regulations place on the bank's processing of personal data in order to achieve good customer knowledge.
