    Sammanfattning : Novia scotia duck tolling retriever (tollare) och tysk schäferhund (schäfer) är överrepresenterade för vissa immunmedierade sjukdomar. Schäfer är en av de mest förekommande raserna att drabbas av systemisk lupus erythematosus (SLE) medan tollare har en påtagligt högre incidens jämfört med de flesta andra raser att drabbas av den SLE-liknande sjukdomen immunmedierad reumatisk sjukdom (IMRD).
