Sammanfattning : Introduction: Bovine meat and milk factors (BMMF) frequently isolated from bovine meat and milk, are discussed as putative causative agents for breast, colon and possibly other cancers. The hypothesis was formulated based on earlier correlative studies indicating that BMMFs could indirectly trigger inflammation, accumulate mutational events via reactive oxygen and nitrogen species production which eventually provokes tumor formation. Sammanfattning : The temperature on Earth is rising, and one of the main drivers is anthropogen-ic greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2). The world’s forests act as carbon sinks, binding carbon into their biomass. Sammanfattning : Dietary intake is one of the major routes of human exposure to perfluoroalkyl and/or polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The objective of this study was to measure perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS), perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorohexane sulfonic acid (PFHxS) in organic and conventional egg from Sweden (n=8, consisted of 4 pooled eggs and 4 individuals) and China (n=9, consisted of 4 pooled eggs and 5 individuals) and compare the concentrations of PFAS between the two categories (organic and conventional).
