   Sammanfattning : This thesis takes a deeper insight to examine why EU is blocking the waiver for intellectual property and how it can be understood as structural violence by taking a neoliberal framework. The empirical material consists of different materials from the EU commission and EU parliament and is analyzed through an ideology analysis with predetermined categorizations to be able to identify ideas of neoliberalism in the empirical material.
