    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to investigate how gender perceptions appear in judgments on compulsory care of persons with ongoing substance abuse (LVM) in Sweden, to develop an understanding for how these perceptions may influence the way that the court relates to judging men and woman. By analysing 20 court cases, of which 10 are on women and 10 are on men, we have been able to examine which gender perceptions appear in these court cases. LÄS MER
