    Sammanfattning : The first aim of this study is to investigate what it takes for a nonprofit association (NPA) to become a legal entity, specifically regarding requirements addressing decision-making organs within the NPA’s organization. Secondly, since within the legal framework of associations there exist general principles of law, this study also explores which general principles of law are applicable to a general assembly meeting and how these general principles affect the decision-making process.     Sammanfattning : Det hovedsakelige formålet med denne utredning er å undersøke om bedrifter som gjennom sin virksomhet forårsaker skader på miljøet også blir å betraktes som ansvarlige for de samme, og i dette belyse hvordan svensk rettspraksis avgrenser bedrifters ansvar når forurensning vel har blitt konstatert. Spørsmålene jeg stiller blir derved: Når blir en bedrift juridisk sett å anse som ansvarlig for forurensing? Hvilken bedrift blir ansvarlig?     Sammanfattning : The main aim of this thesis is to investigate how human errors become normalized so that a distorted perception of reality comes to represent the truth for a given group, field or other combination of people. With that, it also investigates whether it is possible for us to develop laws and implement regulations that aim to defend and secure human rights while, on a seemingly unconscious level, actively counteracting the very principles that the same laws and regulations rest upon.
