Syftet har lett till följande frågeställning; På vilket sätt och i vilken utsträckning använder sig studie- och yrkesvägledare av karriärteorier i praktiken inom skolväsendet? För att besvara syftet har vi gjort en kvalitativ undersökning med sex stycken semistrukturerade intervjuer där respondenterna har varit yrkesverksamma studie- och yrkesvägledare i Malmö kommun.
