   Sammanfattning : This report presents an empirical study of the average Laffer curve of Swedish municipalities, with a focus on determining whether the position of the peak of the curve has shifted or, put differently, whether the optimal value of the average municipal tax rate has changed over time. Vi föreslår att variablerna VD:s förmåga till enhetligt agerande i komplexa firmor, VD:s kontroll över information i komplexa firmor, och VD:s utbyteskostnad i komplexa firmor påverkar värdeapproprieringen positivt medan variabeln VD:s utträdeskostnad i komplexa firmor påverkar VD:s värdeappropriering negativt i komplexa firmor.
