    Sammanfattning : Denna studie har haft i syfte att besvara forskningsfrågan: - På vilket sätt kan mekaniker baserade på kognitiv beteendeterapi användas i ett spel för att reducera ångest hos kvinnor med högfungerande autism? Utifrån tidigare forskning och tillsammans med en legitimerad psykolog har det därefter skapats en artefakt i form av ett spel som använder sig av mekaniker skapade med verktyg från den kognitiva beteendeterapin.
