17. Medarbetares upplevelser av attraktivt arbete inomen kommunal hemtjänstverksamhet
Kandidat-uppsats, Högskolan Dalarna/Institutionen för kultur och samhälleSammanfattning : Swedish elderly care stands before vast employee related challenges in a future with an aging population that will require welfare. By studying what makes working in elder care attractive and what can be done to strengthen its’ attractiveness, tools can be made to attract employees to the occupation and thereby secure the future needs. 18. Simulation and Experimental Based Hardenability Evaluation of Chromium Alloyed Powder Metal Steels
Master-uppsats, KTH/MaterialvetenskapSammanfattning : Powder metallurgy is a branch of metal forming technology where metal powders are used to manufacture parts and components. It is a flexible and economical technique for manufacturing complicated shapes. This present work focuses on press and sinter technology and forms a part of Höganäs’s efforts of modelling hardenability through quenching. LÄS MER
19. Hyperbolic fillings of bounded metric spaces
Kandidat-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Analys och didaktik; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska fakultetenSammanfattning : The aim of this thesis is to expand on parts of the work of Björn–Björn–Shanmugalingam [2] and in particular on the construction and properties of hyperbolic fillings of nonempty bounded metric spaces. In light of [2], we introduce two new parameters λ and ξ to the construction while relaxing a specific maximal-condition. LÄS MER
20. Development of a real-time navigation and collisionavoidance system for an autonomous naval rover : A Contribution to the Environmental Initiative for Flexible andReal-time Water Monitoring of the CatFish team
Magister-uppsats, Högskolan i Halmstad/Akademin för informationsteknologiSammanfattning : This thesis explores the design and optimisation of a sensor system for real-time position determination of the Fish component in the CatFish naval drone and the development of a sonar sensor system for accurate object localisation and safe navigation in dynamic and uncertain underwater conditions. Through comprehensive experimentation and analysis, this thesis demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed sensor system and sonar sensing system in enhancing underwater navigation and obstacle avoidance capabilities.
