    Sammanfattning : Detta kandidatarbete består av en översättning från engelska till svenska av ett utdrag ur Evanna Lynchs memoar The Opposite of Butterfly Hunting (2021), samt en tillhörande kommentar som behandlar de översättningssvårigheter som uppstått under arbetsprocessen. I sin memoar berättar Lynch om sin sjukdomstid i anorexia nervosa, och källtexten består av det avsnitt då hon bestämmer sig för att åka, samt anländer till en rehabiliteringsklinik för ätstörningar i London. To answer the purpose, questions were needed that povided answers to what kind of learning that occurred in relation to the prior knowledge and how the children´s learning was characterized in their retelling.
