With an idea for an modern adaptation of A doll house (with three Noras from different cultural perspectives) as a starting point the purpose is to research the following questions: Who Nora could be today, how Nora could be portrayed through different cultural perspectives, what similarities and differences there are, if anything in the play has to be changed to relate to a contemporary context and what the essence of Nora is.
