   Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was, through the eyes of six students from Socialhögskolan in Lund, to analyze how the students related to whiteness as a norm and their experiences of the norm in Swedish social work. How did they reflect upon its impact on the relationship between social workers and clients? Through semi-structured interviews with students, both within and outside the norm, the perspective was given of both expected discrimination and experienced discrimination due to color of skin and family-name.
