  1. 1. Är det storleken som räknas? : Hur påverkar värdväxtens bladform och bladstorlek äggkläckningsfrekvensen hos ägg av violett guldvinge (Lycaena helle)?

    Kandidat-uppsats, Umeå universitet/Institutionen för ekologi, miljö och geovetenskap

    Författare :Sigrid Sjösteen; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Lycaena helle; Lycaenidae; habitat quality; Bistorta vivipara; ;

    Sammanfattning : The violet copper (Lycaena helle) is one of the most endangered butterflies in Europe, with a population pattern of steady decline despite consevation efforts. The main threat to the species is believed to be habitat fragmentation and loss due to changes in land use practices. LÄS MER

  2. 2. The grass is always tastier on the fruitful side : exploring the potentials, opportunities and challenges of urban food production: a case study of Uppsala

    Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, SLU/Dept. of Urban and Rural Development

  3. 3. Carabidocoenoses and Fragments of Forests : exploring the Carabid Landscape

    Kandidat-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Forest Ecology and Management

    Författare :Simon Heinrich Arns; [2023]
    Nyckelord :biodiversity; Carabidae; carabid diversity; entomology; Fragmentation; Fragstats; habitat fragmentation; habitat Heterogeneity; landscape; landscape ecology; landscape Heterogeneity; pitfall trap; quantifying fragmentation;

    Sammanfattning : Epigeic ground beetles (Coleoptera: Carabidae) were sampled between 2021-06-28 and 2021-07-09 using pitfall traps in the Swedish counties Värmland and Gävleborg. The structural properties of the landscapes surrounding these points were estimated from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency’s national land cover databases and the Swedish Forest Agency’s data for all formally protected and high conservation value forests using patch-based configurational metrics.
