   Sammanfattning : I Barn- och ungdomsklinikens strävan efter barnanpassad vård har behandlingssituationer framför allt identifierats som en utmaning, där det medicinska perspektivet ibland bedöms vara överordnat det barnrättsliga. Forskning och evidens visar att när sjukhusclowner och medarbetare samverkar i behandlingar och procedurer minskar barnens oro, stress och smärta och trygghet, delaktighet och självbestämmande ökar.
