    Sammanfattning : Syfte Syftet med studien är att undersöka fem lärares syn på talangidentifikation, hur de realiserar uttagningsprocessen till NIU samt hur de förhåller sig till relativ ålderseffekt (RAE) i uttagningsprocessen. Frågeställningarna vi ämnar att besvara är: Hur ser lärarna på talangidentifikation? Hur realiseras uttagningsprocessen vid NIU och vilka utmaningar ser lärarna med uttagningsprocessen? Vilken kunskap har, och hur förhåller sig lärarna till RAE vid uttagningsprocessen? Metod
