To answer the purpose of this study three questions were formed, What is the teachers` understanding of formative assessment in relation to other practices of assessment and feedback? How do the teachers say they practice feedback and assessment with a formative assessment focus in their teaching practices? What pros and cons do some teachers believe there is in using formative assessment?
