    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze women's experiences of working in a male-dominated workplace in an industrial profession. This will be analyzed with help of three questions: What benefits do women experience of working in a male-dominated workplace? Do women experience any difficulties of working in a male-dominated workplace? How do women handle any challenges and obstacles in the workplace as a consequence of being a minority?
