    Sammanfattning : Den här studien syftar till att undersöka vilken syn pedagoger verksamma i fritidshem har på sitt lärande och omsorgsuppdrag samt hur de upplever barnens förutsättningar till allsidig utveckling påverkas om pedagogerna lägger ett större fokus på det ena eller det andra uppdraget. Det empiriska materialet baseras på intervjuer med sex pedagoger verksamma i fritidshem från två olika skolor där Pedagog 1 och 2 kommer från en skola medan Pedagog 3 – 6 kommer från en annan.
