    Sammanfattning : Previous research has shown there is a lack of studies made about school counselors and their work with secondary school students, especially in a Swedish context. Although the research is limited, there are a few studies who can show that there is a distancing of students towards school counselors and students seeking help, but there also seems to be a lack of direction that makes school counselors work tasks to appear unclear.     Sammanfattning : Forskningsfrågor: Hur har tillitsbaserad styrning och ledning tillämpats i praktiken i en svensk gymnasieskola? Vilka upplevelser har de anställda på skolan av tillitsbaserad styrning och ledning och vad det har medfört i verksamheten? Syfte: Undersöka hur tillitsbaserad styrning och ledning kan tillämpas i praktiken i en svensk gymnasieskola och vilka upplevelser de anställda på skolan har av användningen av tillitsbaserad styrning och ledning. Metod: För att besvara syftet genomfördes en enkät som delgavs alla 268 heltidsanställda på skolan, samt en intervju med skolans rektor och två intervjuer med två olika lärare på skolan. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Following the Paris agreement of 2015, the latest reports of the IPCC, exacerbated by the lingering impacts of the Covid crisis and the recent war of aggression of Russia on Ukraine, the European Union is proposing an ambitious set of rules and regulations aimed at making Europe the first climate neutral continent by 2050. As a part of this so-called European Green Deal, the Fit for 55 package was introduced to align the existing and proposed legislature to ensure at least 55% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
