   Sammanfattning : The aim of this study was to, through an analyze of court orders, gain a more profound understanding of how the Swedish Migration Courts argue and relate to credibility and reliability in the decision assessment for asylum-seeking LGBTQ people.    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this study was to gain a deeper understanding of how Swedish Migration agency and Swedish Migration courts reasoned regarding sexuality, gender identity and persecution within the home country in asylum assessments of LGBTQ+ people through a qualitative analysis of court decisions. Within this study fifteen court decisions have been analysed, all of which judgments relied on grounds of protection against persecution because of sexual orientation or gender identity. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : Asylrätten i ett EU-medlemsland består av ett samspel mellan nationell, EU-rättslig och internationell politik samt rättskällor. Dessa tre nivåer ger riktlinjer för hur en asylbedömning ska utföras och vad den ska innehålla.
