    Sammanfattning : This study covers the complexity of norms with inherent patriarchal ideas in relation to sexual offenses- especially in the case of rape-, from the feminist perspective that these have a negative impact on women and their basic rights. Through a critical discourse analysis, I investigate different legal cases before and after the reformation of the Swedish sexual violation act from 2005, in order to track how it got transformed.
