The aim of this study is to deepen the understanding of women’s experiences of miscarriage and how their emotions are met from the people around them such as family and friends but also institutions that provide healthcare.     Sammanfattning : Stroke är en folksjukdom i Sverige med ungefär 25 000 drabbade varje år, där de med låg socioekonomisk status riskerar ett sämre utfall efter stroke än de med hög socioekonomisk status. Syftet med denna uppsats var därför att undersöka om en högre förekomst av riskfaktorer bland de med låg socioekonomisk status förklarar varför de har ett sämre utfall än de med hög socioekonomisk status.
