    Sammanfattning : This study has analyzed five different judgments from the colonial anti-sodomy law Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code using the frameworks of Foucauldian genealogical discourse, and Judith Butler’s heterosexual matrix. År 2022 belystes problemet i en artikel från Dagen, författad av representanter från den kristna stödorganisationen "Starta Om," som uppmanade till förlåtelse för den historiska skambeläggningen.
