    Sammanfattning : The purpose of the present study was to investigate if co-variations of workplace incivility and mental health, job satisfaction and intention to leave the organization exist in the Swedish workplace. Furthermore, the purpose was to test these co-variations by controlling for possible third variables to a cause and effect relationship with workplace incivility causing lower mental health and job satisfaction, and a higher intention to leave the organization, since these are presumed consequences of workplace incivility.
