    Nyckelord :Sustainable Development; Sensory science; Landrace; Terroir; Food system; Consumer science;

    Sammanfattning : Due to their resilience, durability, and broad genetic variations, increasing the production and consumption of landrace cereals has been highlighted as a solution to handle increasing environmental variability resulting from climate change. However, the consumption of landrace cereals remains low due to limited production and purchase availability for consumers. LÄS MER

  3. 3. GIS and Tourism: Developing strategies for new touristic flows after the Covid-19 pandemic

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografi och ekosystemvetenskap

    Författare :Vincenzo Poppiti; [2022]

  5. 5. Implementing a multi-criteria GIS analysis and predictive modelling to locate Upper Palaeolithic decorated caves in the Périgord noir, France

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för naturgeografi och ekosystemvetenskap

    Författare :Benjamin Bernard Fabien Gérard Borgeais; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Geography; GIS; MCDA; MCE; MCDM; MCA; predictive modelling; archaeology; decorated caves; Upper Palaeolithic; Périgord; Dordogne; Vézère; France; Earth and Environmental Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : Geographical Information Systems are a powerful tool for the processing of geographical data and can be used to implement predictive modelling for the purpose of archaeological research. The study presented here proposes a predictive model based on multi-criteria evaluation, and aims at analysing the parameters of known Upper Palaeolithic decorated caves in the Périgord noir, in southwest France.
