The thesis contributes to filling an existing research gap about sexualharassment/violence from the perspective of the harassed/victim, by analyzing their description oftheir own experiences and how they attribute responsibility for the harassment. We have identified two areas in which there are gaps of knowledge and further research is needed: the connection between psychological safety and the wellbeing of an individual as well as the lack of representation of the café industry.
