    Sammanfattning : Konsumtion av baljväxter som livsmedel har positiva hälsoeffekter men begränsas av förekomsten av antinutritionella faktorer (ANF). ANF minskar utnyttjandet av näringsämnen genom olika mekanismer, till exempel inhibering av digestionsen-zymer eller komplexbindning med mikro- och makronutrienter, och kan vara direkt skadliga i stora mängder.     Sammanfattning : In this thesis a preliminary evaluation of the potential of a leghemoglobin (Lb) for the development of a blood substitute in humans, resembling hemoglobin (Hb) in red blood cells, was conducted.     Sammanfattning : Under år 2007 observerades dålig etablering och svag tillväxt hos blålupin i ett odlingssystemsförsök i Bollerup, Skåne. Förfrukten var hampa. I led med sockerbetor som förfrukt var blålupinetableringen god och visade inga tecken på försämrad uppkomst eller tillväxt. Samma iakttagelse gjordes år 2008. LÄS MER
