The analysis is carried out with the help of a self-adapted stakeholder model where first the change in planning and management is analysed and then seeks causal explanations for the key changes based on three military and three civilian drivers. 5. Community Continuity Management : An Exploration of the Energy Production and Use of a Fictional Stockholm Neighbourhood in a Crisis
Master-uppsats, KTH/Urbana och regionala studierSammanfattning : In an increasingly interconnected, and electricity-reliant world, households are asked to build up their resilience to crises. Local, distributed electricity production within a microgrid with capability to operate disconnected from the larger grid has been shown to be an effective tool for increasing power system resilience in the past.
