    Sammanfattning : Studien ”Varför sjunger du? - En kvalitativ studie om målsättning och drivkraft hos elever med funktionsvariationer” är en kvalitativ intervjustudie där målet är att utforska elever med funktionsvariationer och deras motivation till att utvecklas inom sång och musik. Varför sjunger de och hur jobbar deras pedagoger med att ta reda på elevernas mål och även nå sina egna undervisningsmål? Eleverna i studien är mellan 20 och 25 år gamla och går eller har gått en eftergymnasial utbildning med musik-, bild-, och teaterinriktning för personer med kognitiva och intellektuella funktionsvarianter.
