The data collection method used, has been semi-structured interviews where five Swedish public librarians were asked questions regarding their experiences and perceptions of the increasingly digital nature of the public librarian profession, and how it has come to affect their work.     Sammanfattning : This study aims to deepen the understanding of and contribute knowledge about how preschool teachers work to promote the language development of multilingual children through reading aloud. The following questions are:  What tools do preschool teachers describe that they use when reading aloud to support the language development of multilingual children? How do preschool teachers describe the work in the inclusion of multilingual children in reading aloud in preschool? In this study, a qualitative method has been used to get closer to the preschool teachers' perspectives and thoughts through semi-structured interviews. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Has LinkedIn become the platform for a global community of practice for peace professionals? Does it have the potential to be? An inductive approach to Reflexive Thematic Analysis (RTA) following Braun and Clarke’s six-phase methodology was used as an analytic instrument on empirical data from 13 semi-structured interviews with professionals in peace mediation, using the theoretical lens of affordances. The participants in the study were found to use LinkedIn to create and sustain meaningful connections globally and across sectors, learn from empirical knowledge, stories and insights from others and explore economic opportunities.
