   Sammanfattning : The involvement of multinational corporations, international traders, transporters, processors, and retailers has a crucial significance in high-risk contexts there is a wide range of commercial activities that can make economic actors criminally responsible for gross violations of international humanitarian law and human rights: this includes the sale of weaponry, pillaging or commercial transactions unrelated to war. Tidigare studier visar att inkrementella hållbarhetsomställningar har potentialen att förbättra hållbarheten i samhället definierat i Agenda 2030-termer, samtidigt som bolaget som implementerar omställningen har goda möjligheter att uppnå ökad lönsamhet. With an increasing demand for corporations to take their social and environmental responsibility, and a corporate sustainability characterized by tension and paradox, we found it of importance to explore the role and entanglements of these professionals.
